what to know.

Do I need an OwnerRez account? +
No. Rinsebase is for you, the cleaning company. Your client — the host or property manager — has the OwnerRez account. You send them a link, they authorize their own account, and their reservations flow into your dashboard.
How is this different from iCal sync? +
iCal gives dates only, on a 30-minute delay, with no guest detail. The OwnerRez API connection is real-time and richer — guest name and contact, plus door/access codes when present.
Can I connect more than one client's OwnerRez account? +
Yes — that's the point. Each host-client connects their own account through their own link, and their properties land under their client record. One cleaning company, many connected accounts, all kept separate.
Is my client's password safe? +
Yes. The connection uses OwnerRez's official authorization — your client logs in on OwnerRez's own screen and approves access. Their password never touches Rinsebase.
Is it on every plan? +
PMS sync (OwnerRez, Hospitable) is included on the Growth plan ($59/mo) and up. The Starter plan covers residential and core cleaning workflows.
