2. Description of Service
Rinsebase is a cloud-based business management platform designed for cleaning businesses. The Service includes scheduling, invoicing, client management, crew management, payment processing integration, and related features as described on our website.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
To use Rinsebase, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
4. Subscription and Payment
Rinsebase is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.
- Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using the Service.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Founding Member Pricing: Customers who subscribe during the founding member period lock in their pricing for the life of their subscription as long as it remains active without interruption.
- Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before changing subscription prices for existing customers.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using payment features, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service for any purpose other than managing your legitimate cleaning business
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and use Your Data solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Your Data and your clients' data complies with applicable privacy laws, including obtaining any necessary consents.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Rinsebase and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe, Airbnb, VRBO, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third parties' terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RINSEBASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rinsebase and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
