Can I import my data from Taskbird? +
Yes. Export your client list from Taskbird as a CSV and upload it during Rinsebase onboarding. Column formats are auto-detected and phone numbers are normalized automatically. Most users are up and running in under an hour.
How does the photo verification actually work? +
Three layers. First, the mobile camera opens directly — crew can't pick from their gallery. Second, we read the EXIF timestamp from the photo's metadata and reject anything older than 4 hours. Third, we compare the GPS coordinates in the photo to the property address and reject photos taken more than 2km away.
Can property owners control their own checklists? +
Yes. Property owners get a client dashboard where they can add, remove, and customize checklist items for each property. They can also toggle which items require a photo. These items auto-load on every new job at that property.
Do I need Taskbird AND Rinsebase? +
